The Japanese delegation, including Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka Mizukoshi Hideaki,  President’s Senior Advisor on National Security and Chief of Staff SagalaRatnayaka and President’s Senior Adviser on Economic Affairs Dr. R.H.S. Samaratunga attended the discussions.
